Website terms
Last updated: October 26, 2026. This translation is provided for convenience only. If it differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
1. Accounts and sign-in
PromoSift supports Google sign-in and passwordless email verification. You must have access to the email address used for the account and must not share verification codes or login sessions with anyone. The first successful verification may create an account automatically.
2. Classification limitations
PromoSift may use Jev to return typed decisions, probabilities, and confidence values from visible content signals. These outputs are estimates, not proof that an author received payment, violated disclosure rules, or acted deceptively.
3. User decisions
Users remain responsible for deciding how to interpret and act on classifications. Filtering actions should be treated as personal feed preferences, not factual judgments about a person or organization.
4. Third-party platforms
PromoSift is not affiliated with X Corp. “X” and “Twitter” are used only to describe product compatibility. Platform changes may affect extension functionality.
5. Pricing and decision credits
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. PromoSift charges per successful server check request: each request consumes one decision credit, including requests for posts already labeled as ads by X and requests served from the result cache. Repeated successful requests for the same content are charged separately, even within the 24-hour cache window. New accounts receive a one-time grant of 500 free decisions. Users may manually claim 50 additional free decisions once per calendar day in Beijing time (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8). The website and extension share one daily claim per account. Signing in or refreshing does not claim the allowance, and missed days cannot be claimed later. Free and paid decision credits never expire. Paid packs are one-time purchases.
Invitations work only through referral links: a new account created through an inviter’s link is linked to that inviter at signup, and both accounts then each receive 600 decision credits, once per invited account. Existing accounts cannot add or change an inviter. Self-invitations and circular invitations are not eligible. Invitation credits are usage credits, not a cash balance.
Each account may earn 200 checks once by publishing the supplied post and submitting its X/Twitter link from Tasks. Credits are granted only after the post passes verification of its author, publication time, PromoSift mention, and exact task referral link. We compare the author with the X account detected by your signed-in extension; this is not account ownership authentication. Opening the posting window does not grant credits. A post can only be used once, and its link is locked after verification. Verification is automatic and the reward is credited as soon as it passes. The optional follow task only records that your detected X account follows @promosift and does not grant credits.
Inviters earn 10% commission on each USDC deposit made by users who signed up through their link, until they reach 10 distinct invited paying users. The 10th user’s first deposit and all subsequent eligible deposits from invited users earn 20%. Repeat deposits do not increase the user count. The tier does not decrease, and earlier commissions retain their original rate. Deposits made before invitation activation are not eligible. Commission is calculated in USDC to six decimal places, rounded down. Withdrawals are paid in native USDC on Base mainnet only, with a minimum of 10 USDC in available commission and no minimum referral count. You provide the receiving address. The platform pays network fees, so you receive the full requested amount. An administrator reviews requests and manually authorizes payment using a browser wallet.
6. Payments, taxes, and refunds
Paid credits require sign-in and are one-time top-ups, with no automatic renewal. Payments are made on the Flare402 payment page (flare402.com), which shows a personal USDC deposit address after you start a payment on the account page. Each payment is converted separately and rounded down: 1,000 credits per 9.9 USDC, or 5,000 credits per 29.9 USDC for a single payment of 29.9 USDC or more. Send only USDC on a network the payment page shows as available (Base, BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum). Your wallet may charge a separate network fee. Do not send funds when the payment page reports that payments are paused or the payment has expired.
A deposit order has a 10-minute payment window and accepts its first confirmed eligible transfer on either available network. Create a new order for each additional transfer. Eligibility uses the transfer’s block timestamp, with a 60-second allowance on each side of the window for clock differences. A transfer recorded on-chain before the deadline can be credited after the deadline once it reaches the required confirmations. Sending a transaction does not by itself mean it is confirmed. Transfers without an order or outside its window are not automatically credited and require support review. Other tokens or unsupported networks cannot be credited. Contact Telegram support or hello@promosift.app with the network and transaction hash for deposit problems. Never send a private key or recovery phrase.
Failed classification requests do not consume credits. Purchases are non-refundable. Contact support for assistance; compensation may be provided as additional checks rather than a USDC refund.
7. Intellectual property
The PromoSift name, original website design, and product materials are intended to remain the property of the project owner. X, Twitter, TypeSafe AI, and Jev are third-party names or marks used only to identify platform compatibility and the underlying technology. PromoSift is not presented as affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
8. Service changes
Detection methods, supported platforms, decision limits, features, and prices may change. Material changes affecting paid credits should be disclosed before they take effect.
